Master Development Review Team

The Master Development Review Team (MDRT) was formed in December 2011 with City Council approval of Development Agreements known as The Villages Master Planned Development and Lawson Hills Master Planned Development. Our Department is the administrator of the Development Agreement. It also manages the development of land and civil projects within the Master Planned Developments. Services provided by this department are: Land Use and Planning, the oversight and inspection of Civil Construction sites within the Master Planned Development.
