Financial Reports & Documents

The Finance Department produces three budgetary reports yearly. The preliminary budget is published in October. The final budget, as adopted by the City Council, is published in February. The Annual Financial Report is published in July of each year and is a report of the previous year's performance against budget. A Quarterly Financial Report is presented to City Council following each Quarter of the Year.    

The City of Black Diamond fiscal year corresponds with the calendar year. City budgets for each year are carefully crafted in a process that starts in July of each year and ends with the City Council adoption before the end of the year.
