General Information:

The Black Diamond Police Department exists to ensure professional and accountable law enforcement for our citizens. Honest feedback is essential to maintaining a police department that is both trustworthy and responsive to the community. Therefore, it is critical that truthfulness be maintained in the filing and investigation of complaints against the police.

Citizens who wish to file a commendation or complaint are not required to provide their name or contact information. However, follow up communication by the Police Department may not be possible if this information is not provided. The Citizen Feedback Form is available online, or at the Black Diamond Police Department. The form can be mailed back to the Police Department, dropped off at the lobby, or emailed back as an attachment.
