GOOD NEWS!!! COVID ECONOMIC HARDSHIP GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR BLACK DIAMOND RESIDENTS

The City of Black Diamond is happy to offer ARPA COVID19 Grant Program funds to help our low to moderate income residents with utility bill payment assistance and/or rental assistance. 

You may qualify if you are a Black Diamond resident and have been economically affected by the COVID virus.  The City has contracted with the Black Diamond Community Center to administer and distribute these funds. To review eligibility, get application information, and make an appointment please call the Black Diamond Community Center Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Grants are available until December 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $2,500.  For approved grants, rental assistance checks will be remitted to the landlord; and utility assistance checks will be remitted to the City of Black Diamond, or to the Covington Water District.
