Notice of SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the City of Black Diamond Public Dock and Police Boat Moorage Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP) and Shoreline Variance. City File Numbers: PLN23-0064 (Shoreline Variance), PLN23-0065 (SSDP), and PLN23-0066 (SEPA).
Notice is further given that the City’s Hearing Examiner will conduct a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing on the City of Black Diamond Public Dock and Police Boat Moorage SSDP and Shoreline Variance applications which will take place on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. The public is encouraged to participate by 1) calling 253-215-8782 and entering Meeting ID# 895 0827 0228, Password 053115 to listen to the proceedings telephonically; or 2) joining the meeting by Zoom link (see linked notice - same Meeting ID# and Password).
A staff report will be available no later than five working days before the Public Hearing by connecting to Citizen's Connect and searching for either of the shoreline permit numbers (PLN23-0064 or PLN23-0065). Parties of record will be sent the Hearing Examiner's decision and uploaded to Citizen's Connect.
