Notice of SEPA Determination of Non-Significance for the Ravotti Pier Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP). City File Numbers: PLN23-0093 (SEPA) & PLN23-0094 (SSDP).

Notice is further given that the City’s Hearing Examiner will conduct a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing on the Ravotti Pier SSDP application which will take place on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. online via Zoom. Notice of City Council Recruitment - The City of Black Diamond is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy for Position #3 on the Black Diamond City Council, due to a recent resignation.  The term for this position will commence once a candidate is appointed by a majority vote of the City Council and will expire after the results of the general election to be held in November 2025 have been certified. 

Residents interested in applying for this Council position must have resided in the City of Black Diamond for at least one year prior to Council appointment and must be registered to vote.  Application forms may be obtained at City Hall, located at 24301 Roberts Drive, Black Diamond, WA 98010 or by clicking on the below link. Applications must be received at City Hall by 4:00 p.m. on June 26, 2024.  A mailing postmark will NOT be accepted.
