New Print Location for Public Notices

The City of Black Diamond has designated The Seattle Times as it's official newspaper. This change was made to facilitate more timely publication of the City's Public Notices. For the full text of the City's Ordinance, click here.

Going forward, please look for printed Public Notices in The Seattle Times publication, which can be found online here. Public Notices will continue to be available on the City's website here.

The City looks forward to continuing it's close relationship with The Enumclaw Courier-Herald despite the change in official newspaper publication.
