Public Notice: Planning Commission Public Hearings

PUBLIC HEARINGS — NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Black Diamond Planning Commission will be conducting two (2) virtual/telephonic Public Hearings on the following:

  1. To take testimony on the Amendments to Black Diamond Municipal Code Chapter 15.24 Flood Damage Prevention. For related documents, click here.
  2. To take testimony on the Amendments to Black Diamond Municipal Code Chapter 19.10 Sensitive Areas. For related documents, click here.

These hearings will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 on or after 6:00 p.m., which may be attended telephonically or online through the Zoom meeting application. The public is encouraged to participate by:

  • Calling 253-215-8782 and entering Meeting ID# 690 669 4804, Password: 675496 to listen to the proceedings telephonically; or
  • Joining the meeting by Zoom link - Meeting ID# 690 669 4804, Password: PC

The purpose of this hearing is to hear public testimony on the above listed subjects. If you wish to speak during the Public Hearing, you must provide your name and email address to the Deputy City Clerk by email by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 so that the remote legislative public hearing protocols can be emailed to you prior to the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted by email by 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2020.
