Roberts Dr Closure

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Closure of Lake Sawyer RD SE, North of Roberts Drive.

We anticipate Lake Sawyer Road SE, at Roberts Drive, to close next  week and to remain closed for approximately one year.

In an effort to minimize the impact to the community, we have constructed a bypass road just West of Lake Sawyer Rd SE, at the intersection of Roberts Dr and Ten Trails Pkwy, which will connect drivers with Lake Sawyer Rd NE just north of the construction on Roberts Dr.

The closure of Lake Sawyer RD SE will:

1. Allow for construction to be completed more quickly.
2. Allow for updates to the city water supply lines located under the road.
3. Begin the process of constructing the first portion of Ten Trails Parkway (north of Ten Trails) which, when complete will connect to Hwy 169.

Attached is a map, identifying what portion of Lake Sawyer Road SE will be closed and where you can find Ten Trails Pkwy, to bypass the closure.
