Tree Removal Permit Information

Today our office received a Code Complaint that a tree was being removed without a permit. The penalty for removing a significant tree without a permit is $1,000 per tree, along with the requirement of replanting up to 6 trees per unpermitted tree removal, or to pay into the City’s tree mitigation fund, and obtain a Level 1 Tree Permit for $312.00.
